 Oldie of the Month ...

Alchemia
You loved Samorost? Then you'll certainly love Tomas Kaleta's Alchemia. A product of Springtail Studios, Alchemia was released as a free online Adventure last September. It's puzzles are clever, and Julian Winter's soundtrack is captivating, with the latter also available as a free download. An extended version of Alchemia is promised, possibly requiring a token payment of U.S. $7.

Out of Order
Made way back in 2003, and recipient of numerous glowing recommendations, Hungry Software's comedy sci-fi Adventure can still be downloaded (for free), from it's own website right HERE. It's a whacky, 2D Adventure that starts off with a bang, and offers up a good few hours of rib-tickling, brain-teasing entertainment. Recommended
fun for everyone!

Text Adventure of the Month ...

Photopia (by Adam Cadre)
. . is an incredible interactive fiction piece that plays more like a short story than most. To describe it would only serve to spoil the experience for the prospective player. That it's clever is an understatement. Suffice to say that it has significant emotional impact and will leave the player thoughtful, if not stunned. A Glulx interpreter is required to play, and comes with the free download. Check out the Mad For Text! pages of this website for further information. Also, Here.
